Method: Microsoft Word Text Circle

To create the Microsoft Word text circle first select the Drawing Toolbar if you don’t see your Drawing Toolbar then we need to do is go to the View tab choose Toolbars and make sure that Drawing is ticked.
When have your Drawing Toolbar you can put your text on the page.
Highlight your text or highlight part of the text then choose the Insert / Word Art.
Select the third in the top row on the right the Curve Shape. Click the OK.
Click on that shape to activated it, right click the shape and choose Format Word Art and then click under the Format Word Art dialogue box under the Layout Tab click Tight and then OK.
You will notice on the left-hand side there is a yellow diamond when your mouse hovers over it turns to an arrow, when this happens click the left mouse on that yellow diamond and pull together until you join the circle in the center.

How to create a text circle in Microsoft Word 2010 is so simple.

Method 1: Microsoft Word Text Circle

For example, alt + 9411 will produce circled capital N like Ⓝ. If you do not have a keyboard with number pad then try the alt + x method. Type the hexadecimal codes and then press alt + x to convert it into a circled letter. For example, 24D6 + alt + x will produce circled small letter g like ⓖ. Select the text box, and then go to Shape Format or Drawing Tools Format Rotate. Use any of the rotate commands in the list. Manually rotate the text box by selecting the text box rotation handle and dragging in the direction you want. To keep the rotation to 15 degree angles, press and hold Shift while you drag the rotation handle. Select the circle/oval under Basic Shapes Click and drag to draw a circle (holding Shift) or an oval (don't hold Shift) The default setting is a light-blue filled circle that will repel the text (it won't let it overlap).

Put you text on the page and choose an appropriate font. I have chosen Edwardian script in the video example.
